We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team. As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for assisting in the financial functions of our commercial office REIT, including financial reporting, budgeting, and system implementation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in group consolidation and quarterly reporting for Keppel REIT, including results release to the relevant authorities and internal variance analysis/reports.
  • Accounting aspects for properties and investment holding entities, including financial statements, statutory filing, and daily operations.
  • Assist in Keppel REIT Group's annual budgeting process.
  • System implementation (if any).

Learning Outcomes

  • Exposure to the financial functions of a commercial office REIT, including the reporting processes within Keppel Group as well as for a listed company.

Requirements

  • Preferred course of study: Accountancy/Business.
  • Required skills: Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint.

About the Role

This role sits within one of the two platforms: (i) Fund Management and (ii) Investment. The Fund Management platform focuses on raising capital and forging stronger relationships with investors. The Investment platform aims to drive capital deployment decisions and horizontal integration to create value for our investors.

We aim to create value and deliver sustainable returns for our investors through a range of products including listed REITs and business trusts and private funds which invest globally into real estate, infrastructure, data centres, and alternative asset classes.
