Senior BIM Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior BIM Engineer to join our team for a major MRT infrastructure project in Singapore. The Senior BIM Engineer will primarily focus on the Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) aspects of the project, leveraging Building Information Modelling (BIM) technologies to enhance design, coordination, and construction processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • BIM Modelling & Coordination: Develop and manage detailed 3D BIM models for the Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) systems of the MRT project, ensuring accuracy, adherence to project specifications, and compliance with local codes and standards.
  • Design Support & Documentation: Assist in the integration of M&E design systems and coordinate with engineers to ensure accurate representation in the BIM models.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Act as a liaison between the M&E team and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project progress.
  • Quality Control & Compliance: Conduct quality control checks on BIM models for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to project specifications and industry standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related field. BIM certification would be an advantage.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Building Information Modelling (BIM), specifically in the Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) trade, preferably on large-scale infrastructure or MRT projects.
