We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Building Services Manager to join our Facilities Team at RECRUITPEDIA PTE. LTD. as part of our ongoing transformation projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing site services, leading the onsite team and vendors, and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Site Services Management: Oversee the management of site services, including events management, AV support, and maintenance of building installations and systems.
  • Team Leadership: Lead the onsite team and vendors to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
  • Document Review and Approval: Review and approve documents for accuracy and quality.
  • KPI Management: Adhere to KPI guidelines, SOPs, and statutory requirements.
  • Customer Engagement: Address public and tenant feedback and complaints promptly.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit management reports.
  • Maintenance and Upkeep: Maintain and upkeep building installations and systems.
  • Work Programs and Projects: Plan and implement work programs and projects.
  • Maintenance and Tenancy Works: Coordinate and manage maintenance and tenancy works.
  • Annual Improvement Works: Plan and execute annual improvement works within budget.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain records of transactions and accounts.
  • Tenant and Customer Engagement: Conduct monthly tenant and customer engagement sessions.
  • Vendor Performance: Oversee vendor performance and service standards.
Requirements
  • Education: Diploma / Degree in a related field.
  • Experience: Relevant M&E experience in Commercial Buildings settings.
