Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Front Desk Professional to join our team at Pullman. As a key member of our hospitality staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and providing top-notch service.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar capacity or preferably in the area of guest services/tele-marketing. You will be working closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations and exceeding customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain complete knowledge of hotel products and services to effectively promote them to guests.
  • Understand revenue management strategies and work towards maximizing sales revenue by upselling and promoting hotel facilities and services.
  • Determine guest needs and provide personalized recommendations to meet their requirements.
  • Process room bookings, amendments, and special billing arrangements efficiently and accurately.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
