Senior Manager, Group Tax

We are seeking a skilled professional to provide regional tax advisory support and project management for investments, acquisitions, transactions, and funding.

  • Provide tax computations, tax returns, and support corporate tax compliance and audits within the organization (Singapore and regional entities).
  • Support related party transactions compliance with relevant regulations.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Manager, Group Tax. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing expert tax advice and guidance to ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:

  1. Regional Tax Advisory Support:
  • Develop and implement effective tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities.
  • Provide tax planning and advisory services to ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
Project Management:
  • Manage complex tax projects, including investments, acquisitions, transactions, and funding.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Corporate Tax Compliance:
  • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of tax returns and computations.
  • Support tax audits and investigations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

    • Expert knowledge of tax laws and regulations.
    • Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide insightful recommendations.
  • Business Acumen:
    • Understanding of business operations and strategic planning.
