Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team at Ambition Group Singapore Pte. Ltd. as a Business Analyst/UAT Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the delivery and implementation of new products and BAU enhancements requested by the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Analysis
    • Participate in discussions with the business to understand processes and document rules and enhancements needed.
    • Translate business requirements into complete test scenarios, conditions, and expected results for user acceptance testing.
  • UAT and Testing
    • Accountable for the execution of user acceptance testing and results are updated with proper documentation.
    • Tracks outstanding defects and works with Information Technology in resolving tickets promptly and within the agreed timeline.
  • Documentation and Training
    • Develop comprehensive SOP or training guides for enhancements.
    • Perform post-deployment verification of the system when the project is implemented.
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
  • Independent, has initiative, and is focused in delivery.
