Vehicle Care Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Vehicle Care Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and visual appeal of our fleet, ensuring all vehicles meet our grooming and presentation standards.

This role involves cleaning and detailing vehicle exteriors and interiors following established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). You will also be responsible for wiping down vehicles thoroughly for a spotless, polished appearance, vacuuming and wiping interiors to ensure they are dust- and dirt-free, applying polishing compounds and waxes as required to maintain shine and finish, and identifying and promptly reporting any new damages to management.

You must have prior experience in car detailing or cleaning services, with a strong attention to detail and a focus on quality and presentation. Familiarity with vehicle cleaning techniques, tools, and products is essential, as well as the ability to stand and perform cleaning duties for extended periods.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and detail vehicle exteriors and interiors following SOPs.
  • Wipe down vehicles thoroughly for a spotless, polished appearance.
  • Vacuum and wipe interiors to ensure they are dust- and dirt-free.
  • Apply polishing compounds and waxes as required to maintain shine and finish.
  • Identify and promptly report any new damages to management.
