Job Title: Senior Electronics Maintenance Professional

About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and experienced electronics maintenance professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting communication systems, sub-systems, and workshop level repair in accordance with established maintenance instructions/procedures. Your primary goal will be to ensure system readiness and reliability through scheduled maintenance and technical support functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine and ad-hoc maintenance on communication systems, sub-systems, and related components, including workshop-level repairs, following established maintenance instructions and procedures.
  • Maintain calibration, functionality, and availability of tools, test equipment, and test jigs required for maintenance and repair operations.
  • Manage, coordinate, and execute preventive maintenance schedules for assigned systems to ensure uptime and operational effectiveness.
  • Provide on-site and remote technical support, including troubleshooting and root cause analysis. Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfers to internal teams or customers when necessary.
  • Liaise with customers and suppliers regarding maintenance issues, service quotations, invoicing, shipment tracking, and documentation handling.

Requirements:
  • Diploma in Electrical and/or Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of related working experience in Electronic Systems Maintenance.
  • Possess strong Knowledge and Skill for Repair of Electronics Cards & Modules.
  • Strong troubleshooting and hands-on repair skills
  • Experience in Network, Routers, Servers, Computers, etc., is an advantage.
  • Strong customer service, problem-solving, communication & listening skills.
  • Willingness to learn & to work as a team.
  • Possession of a valid Class 3/3A driving license is a Must.
