Job Title: Business Development Representative
About the RoleWe are seeking a motivated and skilled individual to join our sales team as a Business Development Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for communicating with business owners and decision makers, developing qualified leads through telephone canvassing, and assisting management in achieving sales targets.
The ideal candidate will have experience in finding own leads through search engines, yellow pages or other channels, cold calling to businesses/potential customers, setting qualified sales appointments for the sales team to follow up on, and responding promptly to customer inquiries.
Responsibilities- Finding and qualifying new business opportunities through research and outreach
- Cold calling and face-to-face meeting skills to build relationships with potential clients
- Developing and maintaining accurate records of all telemarketing activities, including calls and follow-ups
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding performance expectations
- Bilingual competence to communicate with both English and Mandarin speaking customers
- A diligent attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to changing situations
