Condominium Property Manager

Job Description:

  • Oversee the management and maintenance of a condominium estate or building to ensure smooth operation.
  • Lead and supervise site staff, service providers, and contractors to deliver high-quality services.
  • Review contracts, agreements, and insurance policies before expiry and recommend renewal or seek new quotes.
  • E nsure compliance with relevant statutory requirements for the estate or building.
  • Organize and participate in council meetings, annual general meetings, and other sub-committees meetings.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned by management.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Must be willing to work in a residential environment.
  • Nearest MRT: Pasir Ris MRT.
  • Degree or Diploma in Facilities or Building Management or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience in MCST or MA functions is highly desirable.
  • Good knowledge of BMSM Act and other relevant regulations.
  • Mature and independent individual with leadership skills.
  • Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
