Content Strategy and UX Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Content Strategist and UX Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in content strategy, user experience, and marketing communications.

Job Description:

  • Create effective content strategies that align with business objectives and user needs.
  • Develop compelling copy, including headlines, taglines, and body text.
  • Maintain consistent tone and style across products.
  • Apply SEO best practices to content creation.

Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct user research to understand needs, preferences, and behaviours.
  2. Utilise various research methods, including interviews, surveys, and analytics.
  3. Design and organise content for easy navigation and findability.
  4. Validate information architecture using methods like card sorting and tree testing.

Requirements:

  • Experience working as a Content Strategist, UX Writer, Communications Designer or related design role.
  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, advertising, journalism, product design, UX, or related field.
  • Skilled in copywriting, content creation, and copy editing, including writing in different voices and styles for various target audiences.
  • Strong knowledge of product design processes and emerging technologies.
