Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Ambassador to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and possess a strong passion for assisting customers with account creation, app downloads, and microsite navigation.

The successful candidate will also guide customers on using our Q-matic system, issuing Q tickets, supporting SIM and router exchanges, eSIM activations, and prepaid top-ups, as well as general inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with creating accounts and downloading our app
  • Guide customers on using the app and navigating our microsite
  • Support customers with Q-matic system and issue Q tickets
  • Assist with SIM and router exchanges and eSIM activations
  • Help with prepaid top-ups and general inquiries

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Benefits
