Advanced Biopharmaceuticals Logistics Specialist

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled logistics professional to join our team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the receipt, storage, and issue of raw materials, engineering spares, consumables, and Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API).
- Handle proper goods receipt and issuance of raw materials, engineering spares, and consumables to support operational requirements.
- Arrange with departments on stock materials received which require quality control inspection and provide assistance where necessary.
- Report immediately any discrepancies, damages, and loss of stock materials upon receipt or in storage for claims, investigation, and rectification.
The successful candidate will be required to maintain good inventory records of all raw materials and packaging materials and ensure proper upkeep of all documentation in compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) requirements.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you should possess:
- A NITEC certificate and above.
- Able to operate reach truck/forklift.
- Good understanding of safety and cGMP.
- Able to navigate the MERP system.
- Able to use MS Office tools.
- Able to work in a team.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently.
- Good interpersonal skills.
