**Job Role:** CNC Lathe Machine Operator

The key role of a Machining Technician in ensuring the smooth operation of CNC lathe machines cannot be overstated. Their primary responsibilities include:

  • CNC Programming Tasks: Accurately reading technical drawings to perform programming tasks.
  • Machining Operations: Operating CNC lathe machines for various tasks such as turning, drilling, and milling.
  • Maintenance: Maintaining equipment and tools, measuring instruments, cutting tools, and machinery on a daily basis.
  • Troubleshooting: Conducting troubleshooting on CNC lathe machines to efficiently resolve issues.
  • Additional Duties: Fulfilling additional duties assigned by superiors while adhering to production schedules and output targets.
  • Workplace Safety: Ensuring a clean, organized, and safe working environment is maintained at all times.
