  • A strong budget and cashflow forecast is essential for this role, and you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and providing timely updates.

Requirements

  • To be successful in this role, you should hold a Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in civil and building projects is required, preferably within the Singapore market.
  • A good team player with excellent initiative and a positive work attitude is essential for this position.
  • Your experience working on LTA projects and MRT projects is highly valued.
  • Attention to detail and a meticulous approach to work is critical in this role.
  • Bonus points if you have knowledge of 5D BIM
