We are seeking a talented Visual Designer to join our innovative team at 1103 Studios Private Limited. As a key member of our design squad, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity of our clients' brands and driving business growth through compelling creative content.

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Visual Designer with a passion for creating stunning visuals that captivate audiences. As a Visual Designer at 1103 Studios, you will be responsible for developing and implementing visually appealing designs that meet our clients' objectives. This includes brainstorming ideas, planning and executing campaigns, creating engaging content for social media platforms, and developing brand visual directions.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop high-quality visual content, including graphics, illustrations, and animations, for various client projects.
  • Collaborate with our cross-functional teams to understand client requirements and deliver exceptional results.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and industry developments to maintain your expertise and suggest innovative solutions.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality.
  • Work closely with our art directors and copywriters to ensure seamless collaboration and delivery of cohesive campaigns.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 1 year of proven graphic design experience, with a robust portfolio showcasing outstanding illustrations, video, and graphics.
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, and branding principles.
  • A keen eye for aesthetics, impeccable attention to detail, and the ability to transform technical concepts into visually appealing designs.
  • A self-responsible mindset with a proactive attitude and approach to responsibilities.
  • The ability to work independently and effectively manage your time and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to self-learn and use initiative to solve problems.
