**Database Professional Wanted**We are looking for a skilled database administrator to join our team.This is a challenging opportunity to work with Oracle database environments, implementing and managing RAC environments, performing installations, upgrades, and patches, as well as ensuring high availability and disaster recovery readiness.
  • Key responsibilities:
  • Manage, maintain, and optimize Oracle database environments
  • Implement and manage Oracle RAC environments
  • Perform database installations, upgrades, and patches
  • Implement and manage backup and recovery strategies
  • Monitor database performance and tune for optimal efficiency
  • Ensure high availability and disaster recovery readiness
  • Automate common database maintenance tasks
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure efficient database design
  • Implement and maintain database security measures
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations
  • Conduct regular security audits and implement best practices
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Oracle DBA
  • Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) certification
  • Proven experience implementing and managing Oracle RAC
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Shell, Python, Perl) for automation
Preferred Skills:
  • Oracle Certified Master (OCM) certification
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools
  • Familiarity with database compliance standards (e.g., PCI DSS, HIPAA)
  • Experience with other database technologies (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL)
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Must have strong knowledge of Oracle databases and ability to troubleshoot issues
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
