Procurement Expert
This role is responsible for coordinating and managing procurement activities to ensure timely delivery of materials, goods and services. The Procurement Specialist will work closely with operations teams to plan material purchases, manage inventory levels and maintain a continuous supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and manage the purchasing process from receipt of purchase orders to final delivery.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to negotiate best rates and credit terms.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify and address potential supply chain disruptions.
• Analyze procurement data to identify areas for improvement in the procurement process and implement changes as necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines and priorities.
• Familiarity with MS Office applications and experience with JDE is preferred.
