Job Opportunity

We are seeking a sales professional to join our luxury beauty brand team at Changi Airport stores. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and sales performance.

  • Meet sales targets and provide customers with product knowledge
  • Demonstrate proper usage of products to enhance the shopping experience
  • Maintain daily housekeeping and merchandising standards
  • Work collaboratively with store colleagues in a fast-paced environment

To succeed in this role, you should have a minimum 'O' level/diploma or equivalent education, with additional education in relevant fields or extensive knowledge in beauty and skincare products being advantageous. At least 2 years of relevant work experience in retail, sales, or FMCG industry is required, along with sales driven and proactive attitude, strong communication skills, and a positive mindset.
