Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Workload Automation Tools, such as Control-M and ESP, with expertise in Linux, Windows, Mainframe, and Tandem operating systems.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement automated workflows using Workload Automation Tools to streamline business processes.
  • Develop and maintain scripts for automation using various programming languages, including NodeJS, MVS JCL, REXX, Python, HTML, XML, Shell, and JavaScript.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues related to Workload Automation, providing timely resolutions to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Maintain documentation of automated workflows and scripts, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD, OR 8+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Workload Automation Tools (Control-M & ESP).
  • Experience with installation, maintaining, and implementation of code and vendor software.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide timely resolutions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.
