Job Title: Regional Product Marketing Manager

  • Accountable for marketing activities in selected Business Units across regions, leading to business growth and customer satisfaction.">
  • Collaborate with BU teams to identify functional requirements of product managers and commercial marketing managers for new capabilities and enhancements.">
  • Develop and execute regional pricing strategies in cooperation with BUs, ensuring global price alignment.">
  • Define target customers, segment, and product strategies for the region across BUs.">
  • Conduct market analysis to understand regional trends and requirements.">
  • Establish policies and guidelines for product promotion, marketing, and pricing activities to increase efficiencies and customer engagement.">
  • Design and execute product promotion and design win programs for the region.">
  • Support regional sales and distribution teams with relevant collateral to enable design-ins.">
  • Collaborate with Marcom and BU product teams to organize global events, showcasing new products and technologies.">
  • Evaluate team performance regularly to ensure KPIs are on track.">
  • Manage multiple priorities and deliverables in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision.

Requirements:

  • ">
  • A degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering or related field.">
  • At least 5 years of semiconductor experience with a focus on marketing or product management.">
  • Knowledge of pricing strategies, customer negotiations, and product portfolio management.">
  • Prior experience with Power Discrete, especially MOSFET, THYRISTOR, DIODE, IGBT is advantageous.">
  • Natural leadership skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.">
  • Advanced communication and intercultural competencies.">
  • Fluency in English and Chinese is a plus.">
  • Ability to drive cross-functional and cross-regional activities.">
  • Willingness to travel globally.
