Position Summary

The Senior Retail Management Executive is responsible for managing the Field Force for the administration, coordination, and execution of Samsung Field Force promoters to achieve their targets and handle daily operations/administrative duties, including payroll, recruitment, and deployment. They ensure timely execution of payroll, targets, and incentives for Samsung-appointed Full-Timer and Part-Timer.

Role and Responsibilities

  1. Responsible for motivating and managing the performance (achievements, attitude, and conduct) and quality of sales promoters in assigned retail outlets/stores.
  2. Effective deployment, allocation, and performance management of manpower based on specified requirements for Full-Timer and Part-Timer Promoters.
  3. Monthly monitoring of sales and expenses of Field Force efforts to ensure targets and KPIs are met.
  4. Check and process all Field Force-related invoices, ensuring accuracy in billing.
  5. Ensure timely submission of Field Force data, such as monthly sales targets, sell-out information, and compensation, for reporting purposes.
  6. Facilitate and ensure store revenue, not only target setting but also store revenue achievement, and drive ways to achieve Retail KPIs - store eco-attachment, conversion, etc.
  7. Prepare weekly Field Force reports and promotion checklists for department meetings and FF briefings, respectively.
  8. Maintain Field Force personnel databases, including information like promoter grading, compensation packages, training attendance, sales achievements, and store deployments on a monthly basis.
  9. Maintain, monitor, and review Mystery Shopping Program (MSP) results and provide recommendations to improve scores.
  10. Perform regular ground checks and obtain retailers' feedback on Field Force personnel deployed or assigned to stores.
  11. Identify skill gaps and provide in-field coaching to improve staff performance and efficiency.
  12. Responsible for monthly work schedules for full-time promoters.
  13. Proactively provide constructive feedback to management and resolve any concerns while adhering to company policies and standards of behavior.
  14. Prepare and lead SCM with Promoter sell-out and OOS reports.

    Skills and Qualifications

    Develops professional expertise by complying with company policies and procedures.

    Works on problems of moderate scope where analyzing situations or data requires a review of various factors.

    Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate actions.

    Normally receives general instructions on routine work with detailed instructions on new projects or assignments.

    Generally requires a bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years of related experience or an advanced degree without experience.
