Job Title:

Infrastructure Project Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team and contribute to the effective planning and execution of multiple infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the project manager in overall planning, coordination, and execution of multiple infrastructure or utility projects.
  • Monitor daily project operations to ensure work progress aligns with approved plans, schedules, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely execution and resolution of site-related issues.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and meetings to track construction progress, enforce safety protocols, and maintain quality control.
  • Liaise with government agencies and statutory boards to secure necessary approvals, permits, and utility clearances.
  • Assist in preparing project timelines, work schedules, budgets, and manpower plans.
  • Track and manage project risks, variations, technical queries, and change requests.
  • Support procurement efforts by coordinating material and equipment requisitions.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including project reports, drawings, progress photos, minutes of meetings, and compliance records.
  • Assist in evaluating subcontractor performance and managing site workforce productivity and discipline.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and take initiative in resolving site issues.

About You:

  • A recognized Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an institution accredited by the Professional Engineers Board (PEB), Singapore.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in civil engineering or construction project management.
  • Hands-on experience in underground utility works involving cable, water, or gas pipelines is highly advantageous.
  • Strong project coordination, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Highly self-motivated, independent, and capable of working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
