Job Description:

As a senior finance executive, you will be responsible for the consolidation of accounts, full set of accounts (AP, AR and GL), month-end and year-end reporting, taxation, providing support to finance colleagues of subsidiary companies, cash flow management.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Quarterly consolidation of Group accounts
  • Quarterly and ad-hoc SGX announcements
  • Preparation of quarterly Audit Committee and Board meetings and Annual General Meeting
  • Monthly Management Meetings


Accounting Functions:

  • Month-end and year-end closing, including ensure all necessary revenue and cost accruals and provisions are entered in the books
  • Prepare monthly Management Accounts and reports for various companies
  • Prepare year-end Financial Statements and Notes to Accounts
  • Proper accounting of fixed assets
  • Rental invoices to tenants and sending out timely
  • Closely following up on rental collections and resolving timely
