Elevator Inspector

We are seeking an experienced Elevator Inspector to join our team at JAC Recruitment Pte. Ltd.

• In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest possible customer satisfaction through high-quality service and precise communication.
• You will provide clear reports and analysis, as well as liaise and coordinate with a broad range of stakeholders.
• Your primary focus will be on inspecting maintenance performance based on KPIs, processes, procedures, quality standards, and safety.

• Verify proper execution of preventive and corrective maintenance, part replacement, and technical cleaning.
• Ensure equipment maintenance complies with relevant codes, regulations, and safety requirements.
• Review invoices and spare parts/repair quotations and claims in relation to contract terms.

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in elevator and escalator maintenance field operations is required.
• Fluent English language skills are necessary, with other languages being an asset.
• Basic IT literacy is also essential.
