Job Title: Regulatory Compliance SpecialistAbout the Role

The regulatory compliance officer plays a pivotal role in ensuring that our organization operates in alignment with applicable laws, regulations and internal policies. This position is responsible for supporting compliance monitoring, providing advisory services on compliance-related matters and developing training materials to promote compliance awareness across the organization.

  • Conduct thorough gap analyses to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
  • Prepare detailed reports on monitoring outcomes and recommend corrective actions.
  • Update the regulatory oversight tool as required.
  • Design and implement effective training programs to enhance compliance awareness.
  • Provide expert advice on compliance-related matters.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of success in regulatory compliance roles.
  • At least 2-4 years of experience in regulatory compliance with exposure to policy reviews, gap analysis, compliance advisory and training.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment.
