Key Responsibilities:- Manage a team of onshore and offshore FTEs to ensure efficiency and due customer delivery
- Review processes and workflows to close control gaps on clients' monies and account balances
- Ensure functional requirements given to the new admin system are future-ready
- Nimbly lead and steer the Credit and Payment team through changes
- Track relevant KPIs with regards to payments and collections
- Relevant experience in Credit and Payment within the insurance industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to operate effectively and think innovatively to find solutions
- Good time management, task, and result-oriented. Able to perform duties with accuracy and deliver quality work within tight timelines
- Proactive, strong team spirit, and strong supervisory skills
- A person who is keen to learn with a positive work attitude
