Job Description
  • Growth Hacking Initiatives: Develop and execute strategies to boost website traffic and engagement through data-driven insights.
  • SEO and Content Strategy: Scale search-led acquisition by optimizing content performance and testing ideas with actionable data.
  • Partnerships and Collaborations: Foster relationships with affiliates, parenting platforms, and community groups to drive new customer acquisition.
  • Content Creation: Work with cross-functional teams to produce engaging organic assets, including blogs, reels, carousels, and landing pages.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Digital Marketing Experience: 2-3 years of experience in digital/performance marketing, preferably in education or consumer tech.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, comfortable building reports, diagnosing funnel bottlenecks, and optimizing campaigns.
  • Creative Mindset: Able to brief, test, and evaluate creatives across formats (ads, socials, WhatsApp, EDM).
  • Communication: Excellent communication in English and Mandarin to handle bilingual campaigns and local parent base.
