The job involves collaborating with various stakeholders to manage the delivery of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) services for construction projects.
Job Responsibilities- Liaise with consultants, clients, and subcontractors to ensure the timely completion of MEP works;
- Supervise and verify that all work is carried out in accordance with contract drawings and specifications;
- Prepare detailed reports, schedules, and other documentation related to MEP works;
- Coordinate with subcontractors and consultants to prepare and submit shop drawings;
- Assist the project manager in managing technical aspects of MEP works, including preparing master schedules and coordinating with suppliers;
- Hold discussions with stakeholders to resolve technical issues and address site problems;
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field;
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the MEP construction industry or equivalent experience for degree holders and 10 years for diploma holders;
- Strong knowledge of building services, including ACMV systems, installation, and maintenance;
- Able to read and understand construction drawings and detect discrepancies;
- Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to learn quickly, and interpret contract requirements;
- Competency in Autodesk Revit and/or Building Information Modelling (BIM) is required.
