Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Quality and Patient Safety Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for the development, implementation, and evaluation of clinical quality and patient safety strategies, programmes, and initiatives.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate clinical risks, develop and implement evidence-based practices, and monitor and review the effectiveness of these initiatives.

Your responsibilities will also include tracking and reviewing clinical departments' Mortality & Morbidity submissions, monitoring and following up on action plans, and identifying existing and emerging clinical risks in the organization.

In addition, you will design corresponding risk management measures, develop appropriate interventions and solutions to eliminate, reduce or mitigate issues identified from clinical incidents, and analyze data to inform decision-making.
