Job Title: Enterprise Java Application Architect
A leading organization is seeking a skilled Enterprise Java Application Architect to design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance applications. As a key member of the development team, you will be responsible for architecting complex software systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement enterprise-level Java applications using SOA principles and best practices
  • Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions
  • Develop and maintain technical roadmaps, architecture documents, and standards for Java-based applications
  • Lead code reviews, provide feedback, and mentor junior team members in advanced programming concepts and best practices
  • Work closely with infrastructure teams to ensure smooth deployment and maintenance of applications
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
  • Contribute to the development of technical strategies, proposals, and presentations for new initiatives and projects

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 8 years of experience in Java/J2EE application development, including expertise in designing and implementing large-scale distributed systems
  • Strong understanding of software architecture principles, patterns, and best practices
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
  • Proficiency in modern Java frameworks, such as Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Jersey
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex issues and develop creative solutions
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; Master's degree preferred
