Job Description

As a strategic leader in software engineering, you will be responsible for architecting scalable systems and building a world-class engineering culture with real societal impact. In this role, you will design and scale secure, cloud-native platforms, lead end-to-end software development, and shape the technology architecture to support mission-critical digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and implement the company's software engineering strategy and architectural roadmap
  • Build scalable, resilient platforms with a focus on security, integration (APIs), and public sector compliance
  • Lead Agile/DevSecOps software development practices and delivery pipelines
  • Hire, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of engineers and technical architects, both in-house and outsourced
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • At least 15 years of experience in software engineering, with 5+ years in a senior technical leadership role
  • Proven track record in software architecture and engineering leadership, ideally in startups, scaleups, or SaaS
  • Deep hands-on experience with cloud-native technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP), microservices, APIs, and CI/CD
  • Solid understanding of public sector technology needs, compliance, and integration standards
