Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate preschool teacher to join our team. As a preschool teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment for young children.

Key responsibilities include maintaining high service standards, ensuring attendance and reporting, lesson planning, engagement strategies, classroom management, intervention coordination, goal development, progress monitoring, record keeping, IEP preparation, safety and administration, communication with families, evidence-based practices, health and safety standards, resource management, professional development, confidentiality, and support center initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have experience in early childhood education, with skills in childcare, classroom management, lesson planning, administration, approachability, first aid, and resource management. You will also be able to work independently as part of a team.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your teaching skills, work with a dedicated team, and make a positive impact on the lives of young children.

Requirements

To succeed in this position, you should possess:

  • A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
  • Experience working with young children, preferably in a preschool setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Proficiency in record keeping and data entry
