We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a Coach.
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing coaching plans and collaborating with employers to support individuals with autism in their career goals.
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team and a passion for helping others.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct site assessments of clients' employability strengths and gaps
- Observe client's work performance at training and in jobs to identify strengths and gaps
- Development and implement individualised coaching plans using autism-friendly strategies
- Collaborate with employers to understand and analyse the job scope and responsibilities of clients
- Advanced Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Social work, Psychology, Counselling, Sociology, Health Services, Education or related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team
- Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic work environment
