Job Title: Maintenance TechnicianOur organization is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of our premises. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all areas are well-maintained, clean, and free of any hazards.Key Tasks Include:
  • Cleaning guest room windows, air conditioning ventilation grilles, walls, cornices, ceiling boards, light fixtures, and their covers.
  • Shampooing and vacuuming carpets in guest rooms, corridors, hotel offices, and guest lifts.
  • Polishing marble floors in guest rooms and adhering to established procedures.
  • Changing curtains in guest rooms and public areas.
  • Shampooing upholstery on chairs, beds, and headboards.
  • Removing rubbish from floors and ensuring all rubbish is cleared from all floors daily.
  • Hanging decorations and arranging potted plants during festivities and food promotions.
  • Carrying stock, moving furniture, televisions, equipment, and potted plants as required.
We are looking for a detail-oriented Maintenance Technician who can maintain a high level of quality in their work. If you have experience in cleaning, television repair, upholstery, general cleaning, room cleaning, window cleaning, carpet cleaning, and furniture arrangement, we encourage you to apply.Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in cleaning and maintenance.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical stamina to lift heavy objects and work at heights.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
