The role of Refrigeration Assembly Technician involves assembling, testing, inspecting and troubleshooting refrigeration units. The ideal candidate will have a willingness to work in a non-airconditioned and slightly dusty environment. No prior experience is necessary, with the minimum requirement being an N-level certification or higher. A basic understanding of electronics and mechanical systems would be beneficial.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assembly and Testing: Assemble refrigeration units according to design specifications, ensuring all components are properly fitted and secured.
  • Troubleshooting and Repair: Identify and resolve issues with assembled units, using problem-solving skills to determine root causes and implement fixes.
  • Maintenance and Improvement: Maintain tools and equipment, as well as design jigs and fixtures to support process improvements.
Requirements
  • No Experience Necessary: This role is open to candidates with no prior experience in refrigeration assembly or a related field.
  • Certification Requirements: Applicants must hold at least an N-level certification or higher.
  • Physical Demands: Willingness to work in a non-airconditioned and slightly dusty environment.
