Job Title: Machine Maintenance Technician

As a skilled Machine Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and reliable operation of production machinery, equipment, systems, and infrastructures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough troubleshooting, repair, and servicing of production machinery to identify and address any issues that may arise.
  • Conduct regular maintenance tasks to minimize machine downtime and prevent potential problems from occurring.
  • Implement proactive TPM strategies to monitor and control maintenance costs, ensuring optimal efficiency and productivity.
  • Respond promptly to emergencies and unplanned problems, using your expertise to repair machines that have broken down.
  • Analyze the cause of machine breakdowns using root cause analysis tools to identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain a safe and organized working environment by adhering to procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to document and share knowledge, ensuring continuity and consistency in our work.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Nitec in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in the manufacturing industry.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts.
