Business Growth Specialist
We're seeking an experienced Business Growth Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving business growth through prospecting and lead generation across various industries.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and take queries from potential clients with the goal of generating and maturing leads to be passed off to sales partners.
  • Screen and qualify potential business through cold calling, emails, and LinkedIn.
  • Monitor online forums to answer customer queries.
  • Identify and overcome objections while addressing business pain points through high activity.
  • Effectively use sales tools to manage leads and data.
  • Ability to 'think outside the square' and generate own leads.
  • Speak directly with end customers/prospects and articulate the benefits of the Mimecast platform through marketing campaigns.
  • Attend marketing events (road shows, conferences) to build meaningful relationships and scope potential opportunities.

Requirements:
  • Previous sales experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and phone skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and meet deadlines.
  • Great rapport building and problem-solving skills.
