As a Service Crew, you will be at the heart of our new venture, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle and serve food and beverage orders in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Preserve and uphold excellent levels of customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every guest
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for our customers
  • Comply with all relevant regulations and guidelines, including those set by the Singapore Food Agency (SFA)
  • Perform cashier and order-taking duties with accuracy and efficiency
  • Assist with other duties as assigned by management and/or immediate superiors

Requirements:

  • Citizenship: Singaporean or Permanent Resident
  • Service-oriented, outgoing, and friendly, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices, with a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment
  • Team player with a good learning attitude, able to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve common goals
  • Attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
  • Self-motivated and good people skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Candidates with a Food Hygiene (SFA) certificate will have an added advantage
  • Able to work under pressure, with flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
  • Willing to work shift hours, weekends, and Public Holidays, with flexibility to accommodate school schedules

Compensation:

$10-$14/hour (depending on experience and commitment levels)
