Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Statement Consolidation: Consolidate financial statements from all subsidiaries to create a comprehensive financial report for the holding company.
  • Intercompany Transaction Management: Manage and reconcile intercompany transactions and balances between subsidiaries.
  • Financial Reporting: Ensure that all intercompany transactions are properly recorded, balanced, and eliminated in the consolidated financial statements to avoid double counting and inaccuracies.
  • Compliance and Governance: Ensure that all financial practices and reports comply with local and international accounting standards.
  • Tax Compliance: Prepare tax filings, coordinate with auditors, and stay updated on changes in accounting standards and tax regulations.
  • Financial Close Process: Assist in the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
  • Financial Analysis: Provide financial analysis and support for internal reporting needs.
  • Financial Reporting and Insights: Generate financial reports, analyze financial data to identify trends or discrepancies, and provide insights to management and the Financial Controller.
Requirements
  • Education: Recognized university degree in Accountancy, CPA or equivalent.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of working experience handling full-set accounts.
  • Skills: Strong financial competency, analytical & problem-solving skills, team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
