Eye Care Specialist Job Description:

Greet and assist customers in selecting eyewear and lenses

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct basic eye measurements and pre-tests (training provided)
  • Provide product knowledge on frames, lenses, and promotions
  • Handle sales transactions and maintain accurate records
  • Maintain a clean, organized store with well-stocked displays

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Eye Care Specialist.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role:

This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining high levels of product knowledge, and ensuring the overall success of the store.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Product Knowledge: A good understanding of eyewear, frames, and lenses
  • Retail Experience: Previous experience working in retail or a related field
  • Customer Service: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Visual Merchandising: Ability to create visually appealing store displays
  • Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Inventory Management: Ability to manage stock levels and maintain inventory accuracy
