Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Technology Development Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end automation and digitalization projects, from initial planning to ongoing maintenance, while ensuring compliance with quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee automation and digitalization projects from conceptualization through to implementation, validation, and ongoing maintenance
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to drive action, manage smart lean projects, and identify opportunities for production improvements
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards, participate in audits, and maintain documentation and trial processes
  • Sustain and maintain equipment, manage the PM & calibration master schedule, and work with calibration service providers
  • Align and train technicians on calibration and other relevant topics
  • Focus on transforming backend processes and warehouse systems through automation, digitization, and cost-saving initiatives

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Mechatronics/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field, with 2 years of experience designing and implementing automation solutions, particularly for Automatic Assembly Machines in medical devices or electronics manufacturing/Semiconductor environments. Proficiency in industrial equipment and systems, including robotic assembly, warehouse operations, SMT manufacturing processes, and box-build assembly is required. Additionally, the candidate should be skilled in preventive maintenance, tool/mold management, calibration, and debugging/troubleshooting equipment.
