Marketing Development Specialist

We are seeking a Marketing Development Specialist to oversee and execute marketing campaigns, drive our marketing initiatives both internally and externally.

This role involves supporting the Operations Director in daily marketing activities, enhancing and maintaining our CRM database, planning and executing advertising and promotional campaigns, creating digital marketing awareness for the ASEAN region, conducting market research to identify growth opportunities, and assisting the sales team with sample preparation and support.

To be successful in this role, you should have a diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. You should also have proven experience as a marketing officer or similar role, solid knowledge of marketing techniques and principles, good understanding of market research and data analysis methods, proficiency in MS Office and social media/web analytics, excellent organizational and multitasking skills, and outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with the operations director to plan and execute marketing campaigns, product promotions, and other business-related projects.
  • Enhance and maintain our customer relationship management (CRM) database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Plan and execute advertising and promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  • Support the sales team by preparing samples and providing marketing materials as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a marketing officer or similar role.
  • Solid knowledge of marketing techniques and principles.
  • Good understanding of market research and data analysis methods.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and social media/web analytics.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
