Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional guest service by promptly addressing their needs and requests, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Familiarize yourself with hotel room types, rates, and availability to provide informed assistance and upsell opportunities.
  • Take ownership of guest complaints, handle them promptly, and report to supervisors as necessary to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain guest room security, emergency, and fire procedures, promoting the use of Safe Deposit boxes and adhering to policies.
  • Stay knowledgeable about hotel facilities, functions, and local attractions, providing accurate information to guests and fostering a professional working relationship with hotel personnel.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Hospitality
  • Able to perform rotating shifts
  • Positive attitude, outgoing personality, and excellent public relations skills
  • Previous experience in hospitality and Opera knowledge advantageous
  • Singaporeans only
