**Job Title: Academic Mentor

We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to join our team as a full-time academic mentor.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging learning experiences that promote active student participation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Design and deliver instructional activities that cater to students' diverse needs.
  • Establish clear objectives for all learning activities and evaluate their effectiveness.
  • Prepare a variety of learning materials and resources to support instruction.
  • Use technology to enhance the learning experience.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and guidance as needed.
  • Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum plans.

**Requirements:**

To be considered for this role, applicants should possess:

  • A basic degree in English or above, with at least 3 years of relevant teaching experience.
  • Qualifications in TEFL/TESOL/CELTA are highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with the Singapore curriculum is essential.
  • Passion for teaching and ability to motivate students.
  • A dynamic and energetic approach to lesson planning and delivery.
  • Maturity and independence in managing classroom activities.
  • Competent PC skills and ability to integrate technology into lessons.
