Job Title: Logistics Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Logistics Operations Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling full sets of import and export shipments, as well as shipping documents.

The Logistics Operations Coordinator will handle a wide range of tasks, including:

  • Coordinating with vendors, customers, carriers, and overseas agents to ensure smooth logistics operations
  • Preparing and managing shipping documents, such as Bills of Lading and Delivery Orders
  • Communicating with clients to resolve any issues or concerns related to their shipments

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years working experience in Freight Forwarding and a general diploma in Freight Forwarding/Logistics is preferred. They should also have a working knowledge of Import and Export processes.
