We are seeking an experienced Electronics Manufacturing Equipment Manager to drive value creation and optimize capital investments within our CAPEX & MRO community. This role is responsible for developing and executing a global category sourcing plan, managing suppliers, and ensuring excellence in end-to-end value chain management.
The successful candidate will have 3+ years of relevant experience in procurement, relationship management, project management, or engineering in an international company. They will possess strong negotiation skills, experience with large complex spend, and specialist knowledge in manufacturing equipment. Leadership partnering experience at the strategic level, C-level at external suppliers, and internal stakeholder management is also required.
This position involves traveling up to 25 days per year, and the ideal candidate will be international mobile and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:- Global Category Sourcing Plan: Develop and execute a global category sourcing plan that includes supplier management, contract negotiation, and performance management.
- Value Chain Management: Ensure excellence in end-to-end value chain management, from procurement to delivery.
- Supplier Management: Manage a scalable and flexible global supply base, conduct commercial negotiations, and secure agreements with suppliers.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with local teams, internal stakeholders, and external suppliers to ensure effective communication and alignment.
- Relevant Experience: 3+ years in procurement, relationship management, project management, or engineering in an international company.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills with experience in large complex spend.
- Specialist Knowledge: Specialist knowledge in manufacturing equipment, particularly High Speed Automation Equipment and Sub-Assembly systems.
- Leadership Partnering: Leadership partnering experience at the strategic level, C-level at external suppliers, and internal stakeholder management.
