About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Analyst to join our dynamic Trust & Safety team.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks related to harmful content, user abuse, fraud, and other threats to platform integrity.

This role requires a strong analytical mindset, a deep understanding of online safety best practices, regulatory landscapes, and emerging technologies, with a focus on data-driven insights and proactive risk management.

We are looking for someone who can provide strategic guidance and support to help us identify and address key risks and vulnerabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in monitoring and enhancing access management frameworks by supporting the governance of user entitlements, privileged access, and authentication controls.
  • Implement proactive measures to mitigate risks related to unauthorized access and insider threats, ensuring ongoing compliance with enterprise policies and data security requirements.
  • Promote risk awareness through regular communication with business leaders and frontline employees.
  • Support the governance of risk controls for outsourced operations, BPO engagements, and third-party partnerships.
  • Contribute to the implementation of initiatives to safeguard data privacy and confidentiality, ensuring that security-by-design principles are incorporated into operational policies and processes.
About the Team

The T&S Risk Management & Integrity function is focused on addressing enterprise, operational, and emerging risks across Trust & Safety, encompassing a broad continuum of risks across policy, process, systems, platform, people, and regulatory domains.

Our team works constantly to identify strategic priorities, opportunities, and pain points in the organization's risk management landscape, providing data-based insights and business-centric solutions.
