- Managing a large amount of queries in a dynamic workplace">
- Booking patients into the clinic efficiently">
- Utilizing the Clinical Management System to manage patient bookings effectively">
- Providing customers with information about dental procedures">
- Establishing trusting relationships through open and interactive conversation">
- Identifying and assessing patient requirements to ensure satisfaction">
- Greeting customers and understanding their problem or purpose for contacting">
- Collaborating with the customer service manager to guarantee effective service delivery">
Requirements: To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have experience in customer-facing roles. Additionally, proficiency in using our Clinical Management System is required.
