Process Improvement Specialist

Role Summary:

You will be responsible for improving tool performance and availability by maintaining, diagnosing failures, and implementing effective solutions in the Dry Etch module.

  • Conduct fundamental alarm troubleshooting, identify root cause, and problem-solve critical equipment issues with urgency.
  • Execute tool handovers and maintenance reporting per cleanroom standards.
  • Operate and maintain plasma etching tools (e.g., LAM & TEL), collaborate with engineering teams to improve tool performance and availability.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Diploma or higher degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or STEM-related fields.
  • Experience in a 300mm fab environment is highly preferred.
